These Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which we offer Mirvac Residential’s Dimensions Loyalty Program for Platinum Members. Every Platinum Member is bound by these Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions.

The Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions are supplementary to the Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and are effective as at the date specified at the end of these Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions and may be amended by Mirvac from time to time in accordance with clause 2.4.

Under the Dimensions Loyalty Program, Platinum Members may be eligible for the Mirvac Concierge Benefit (as described in clause 1.2), in addition to the Benefits available to Silver Members.

(a) You may become a Platinum Member if:

(i) Mirvac (in its sole and absolute discretion) invites you to become a Platinum Member; and         

(ii) you accept the Platinum membership offer made by Mirvac in any form prescribed by Mirvac in the invitation.

(b) Membership (including Platinum Membership) is offered free of charge, but can be revoked or downgraded by Mirvac at anytime (by notice in writing to you) for your failure to comply with these terms or any terms in an Eligible Contract.

(a) The Mirvac Concierge is a dedicated Mirvac representative in each state, who becomes the direct point of contact for Platinum Members (Mirvac Concierge).

(b) For Platinum Members the Mirvac Concierge will be available as te direct point of contact for customer enquiries and will work to resolve matters in a timely and seamless manner.

The Repeat Purchase Reward for Built Form Sales to Platinum Members will be available as set out below:

2.1 Application of the Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions to Platinum Members

These Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. Both these Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions and the Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions apply to the Platinum Membership as if those Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions were set out in full in these Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions, and a reference to:

(a) a Member in Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions includes a Platinum Member; and

(b) a Membership Tier in Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions includes the Platinum Membership Tier.     

To the extent of any inconsistency between these Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions and the Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, the Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions prevail. 

2.2 COMMENCEMENT

The Dimensions Loyalty Program (including the Platinum Membership Tier) commenced on 1 July 2025 and all Eligible Contracts entered into on or after that date may entitle a purchaser under the Eligible Contract who is a Platinum Member to obtain Benefits.

2.3 PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP

Mirvac reserves the right to reverse a Benefit or exclude, withdraw or terminate a Platinum Membership in the event of:

(a) the breach of any of these Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions by the Member; or 

(b) breach or termination of an Eligible Contract of a Member.

2.4 Variations to the Platinum Terms and Conditions

(a) Mirvac reserves the right (acting reasonably) to, at any time by notice in writing to Platinum Members:

(i) cancel, substitute or vary any of the Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part); or

(ii) exclude, substitute, vary or withdraw any Participating Developments and the Benefits it offers (in whole or in part).  

(b) Mirvac will give Platinum Members notice of any cancellation, substitution or variation to Platinum Membership under this condition by either email, mail or SMS and provide notice on the Dimensions website.

(c) Mirvac may in its discretion maintain additional or separate loyalty programs and/or Membership Tiers to those set out in these Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions.

2.5 Definitions

In these Supplementary Platinum Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and in addition: 

Dimensions Loyalty Program means the loyalty program described in the Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

Dimensions Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in the document titled “MIRVAC DIMENSIONS LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS” as published on 1 July 2025 from time to time.

Platinum means the Platinum Membership Tier as described in clause 1 and Platinum Member has a corresponding meaning
